- Indicative Interest Rates: 12.50% - 14.50%+ (Short-Term Hard Money/Bridge Only).
Best suited for inherited properties with substantial equity, overextended builders needing operating capital, or quick capitalization rescue scenarios where property value significantly outpaces personal credit constraints.
